I am an experienced online Maths Tutor who has recently graduated the University of Reading with a degree in Maths with Computer Science. I originally started teaching maths as a way to get through University, but over 2 and a half years of tutoring I found myself wanting to carry on with tutoring, even though I originally planned to pursue a career in IT after I graduated. Instead, I founded Purbeck Tutoring, named after the peninsula of Dorset that I spent much of my childhood in.
I enjoyed the process of communicating with a student who was struggling with understanding the father of all sciences, and lesson by lesson, week by week, month after month I was able to see the understanding and appreciation for the fascinating subject grow.
